I just got a new dryer and the sensor was reading that I wasn’t getting a good air flow. I called Elite Vents and Ryan and his (helper) wife Britany came over within the hour! It was late Saturday afternoon and I was so grateful that I didn’t have to wait until the next week (I was anxious to try out my new washer and dryer)! Not only did Ryan clean my dryer duct, he also checked the hookup from behind the dryer and replaced the hose with a more efficient short one for almost nothing! His prices were really reasonable and when I asked him to check my house ductwork, he told me it didn’t need cleaning and couldn’t see me spending money to do it! I was so impressed by his honesty and integrity! They were both so pleasant and a pleasure to do business with! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend Elite Vents to my friends! I originally contacted them about installing a lint filter and duct through a concrete wall. That wasn’t feasible but he did install an inside lint filter system I had previously bought at Ace. He upgraded the hose and brackets. Quick response to my initial contact.
